How do I view and share my reviews?

Yext's Review Monitoring feature allows you to easily keep track of the reviews submitted on your listings from one place. You can access the review monitoring feature by logging into your Yext account and then clicking "Reviews" in the green banner under "PowerListings."

You also have the option of receiving email notifications when your business receives a new review. You can set up that feature through the instructions below.

How to set up review notifications:

  1. Log into your Yext account at www.yext.com/signin.
  2. Click "PowerListings" from the top grey bar.
  3. Click "Reviews" in the green banner.
  4. Click "Manage review notifications" on the Reviews page in your account. This button can be found towards the right side of the screen below the graphs. 
  5. Click "Turn on/off review notifications."
  6. Click "+ Add a review notification."
  7. Customize your notifications.
  8. Click "Save."

Once you view your reviews, you can share them on Facebook, Foursquare and your website if you have our Posts Widget installed. Please see instructions below.

How to share reviews:

  1. Log into your Yext account at www.yext.com/signin.
  2. Click "PowerListings" from the top grey bar.
  3. Click "Reviews" in the green banner.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow on the "Email" button on the right side of the review you want to share. 
  5. Click "Post."
  6. Review the message you are about to share. 
  7. If you do not want to post to a certain site, click on the icon so it becomes faded.
  8. Click "Post."

**Please note that "Post" might be grayed out if the post is over 160 characters because this surpasses the character limit for Foursquare. To remove the error message, simply click the white and pink Foursquare icon so that the icon becomes faded. This will allow you to post the review to Facebook and your website, if you have the Yext widget installed.
