Many publisher sites require the business owner to respond to reviews directly on that site, but Yext has a special feature that allows users to respond to Facebook and Google My Business reviews through your Yext dashboard! To utilize this feature, please follow the steps below.
How to respond to reviews in Yext:
- Log into your Yext account at www.yext.com/signin.
- Click "PowerListings."
- Click "Reviews" in the green bar.
- Hover over the review you want to respond to.
- Click "Respond."
- Write your response.
- Click "Comment."
- You can now view your response directly next to the review in your Yext dashboard.

NOTE: Your Google My Business and Facebook pages must be linked in your Yext account with a "Live" status in order for the reviews to be pulled in and for you to utilize our response feature.
