Responding to reviews is a great way for businesses to engage with their customers and improve their overall star rating. This article will cover how to respond to Facebook, Google My Business, and First Party reviews directly through your Yext dashboard. How to Respond to a Review
1. Navigate to the "Reviews" tab in your Dashboard.
2. In the dark gray bar at the top of the page, click on the sub-tab titled "Response".
3. Click on the "Respond" button associated with the review to which you would like to respond.
4. Type your response in the dialogue box that appears.
5. Click on the "Respond" button to post your response.
Pro tip: You can filter reviews by location by using the "select a location" drop down menu located towards the upper left-hand side of the page.
