How to Manage Email Notifications
To edit your email notifications, click on your name on the top right corner of your dashboard and select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu. Then click "Notification Settings" on the left-hand side of the next page.
Types of Email Notifications
Listing goes live: Notifies the user as listings go live. This notification can only be sent to users added to the account.
Possible duplicate found: Notifies the user of possible duplicate listings detected. This notification can only be sent to users added to the account.
Review Notifications: Review notifications can be customized based on the criteria you specify such as location, keywords, star rating, and more. You can also adjust the frequency of these emails as well as who you would like to send them to.
Report Notifications: Report notifications can be used to periodically share analytics from the dashboard. You can choose the frequency of these emails as well as who you would like to send them to.
Publisher Suggestion Notifications: Notifies the user as publisher suggestions are submitted. You can choose who you would like to send these emails to as well as specify the subject line.
Trust Notifications: these notifications alert users of any scheduled maintenance windows, platform outages, and any other service interruptions.
*Tip: Notifications are set on the user level. If you'd like to turn on or adjust email notifications for a specific user, you must log in as them to do so.
