How to Set Up Your Branding

Overview

We recommend taking advantage of every branding setting we offer to ensure your new listing solution is completely customized and can be client-facing at any time.

All of the settings discussed below can be accessed by clicking the Branding Settings button on the homepage of your partner account or through the Branding tab of Account Settings. 

Listing Scan

The Listing Scan is a powerful tool that allows you to scan a prospective client's location information and see the current status of their listings.

Your custom scan URL will follow the format: www.optimizelocation.com/partner/[Partner Business Name]/diagnostic.html. 

This scan can be customized to match your company logo and color scheme. The logo size should be 136 x 52, under 5 MB and a PNG file. You can also customize the message or description that appears on the left side of your scan.

The results page that the scan leads to can be customized to include a call to action button and 'Contact Us' prompt.  

To make these updates, visit the Branding Settings section of your account and fill out the fields listed under "General", "Listing Scan Page Only", and "Scan Result Page Only".

Emails

You can set up email notifications for reviews, reports, possible duplicates found, publisher suggestions, and more.

These emails can be customized to match your company logo and color scheme. You can also specify who the email is coming from.

To make these updates, visit the Branding Settings section of your account and fill out the fields listed under "General", and "Emails Only".

Brand Language

The "Brand Language" used in the dashboard and email notifications can also be customized.

The "Brand Name" field will replace any mention of Yext throughout the dashboard, as you can see in the outlined section of the help text below.

You can also replace the word “Listings” with an alternative name that better reflects your brand.

  

Terms of Use

The Terms of Use page can be customized to include your company logo and color scheme. You can also specify your own Terms of Use by providing a link to them.

Your clients will be prompted to agree to these Terms of Use when they first log into the dashboard.  

Terms of Use can also be accessed from the footer of the dashboard.

                               

Note: The terms you provide should be hosted on a page with plain text and no styling.

To make these updates, visit the Branding Settings section of your account and fill out the fields listed under "General", and "Terms of Use".

Login Page

You can also provide your clients with a white-labeled login page.

The login page will be styled based on your General Branding Settings and the URL will follow the format below:

[Partner Business Name].optimizelocation.com/users/login

Limitations

Please note, when users link their Facebook, Foursquare, Google+, and Google My Business accounts through the dashboard, they will be prompted to connect their accounts with Yext. We are currently unable to white-label this process but feel free to adjust your client's user permissions if needed.
