The Featured Message is a 50 character message you can use to periodically update your clients' listings and help their business stand out.
How to Update the Featured Message
Once you’ve logged into your dashboard, click the “Knowledge Manager” tab at the top of the page and select the location whose listings you want to update.
On this page, the Featured Message field is located in the "Required Listing Information” section:
You can update this field at any time by simply clicking into it, making your change, and clicking “Save”. You can also add a URL/website link to make the message clickable across your clients' listings:
We recommend updating the Featured Message on a regular basis. Updating it frequently signals that the listings are active to search engines and online directories. In fact, we’ve found that listings that are updated just once a month can see up to three times as much traffic than listings that are not.
