Creating and Using Profile Templates

If you'll be signing up multiple locations that share a lot of the same information (descriptions, photos, categories, etc.) you can save yourself some time by creating a template. Profile Templates will set default values for new locations.

You can find Profile Templates in your account settings.

 Fill out any of the information that you would like to have set as defaults and save your template.

For example, let's say you know you'll be signing up a number of locations for a company that is a client of yours, and you don't want to add information individually each time you sign them up. Save a template for them with the information you want pre-filled, such as their name, category, and business description.

 

 

You'll see that the next time you add a location to the account, you can select this template, and that information will be pre-filled.
